What is required to register?

When registering a Master Business Licence, you will need to provide the following information:

• The type of registration being completed (Sole proprietorship, General partnership or Tradename)
• Proposed name of the business
• Business activity that the company will be conducting
• Business and Mailing address (Home address can be used, however, a P.O. BOX can only be used for business mailing address. Business address must have a physical location.)
• Legal name of owner(s) and address(es)

If you are registering a Tradename, you will also need to provide the following:

• Name of Corporation to register the Tradename under
• Ontario Corporate Number of that corporation
• Home Jurisdiction of the Corporation
