a Business Under Your Corporation (Master Business Licence)
A small
business in Ontario may also register under their corporation as a trade
name. This is specific to a business being carried out under an
existing Ontario corporation. An example would be (ABC Inc. cob as Lulu's
Restaurant).
The information
required in registering a trade name registration is as follows:

place of business in Ontario

carried on by the business
- Corporation

in which the corporation was incorporated

Completion
of Registration
The next
step to complete the Trade Name Registration (form 2). To begin
the registration of your new business under your corporation you will
be prompted to provide the following information:

require an Ontario Business Name Search?
- Do
you require a Nuans Search?
- Is this
a 'New registration, Renewal, Amendment or Cancellation?
- Provide
business name/s in order of perference. Business address
- Address
of principal place of business in Ontario or same as above
