File an Initial Notice For Your New Ontario Corporation

Initial Notice filing is mandatory by the Provincial Government within 60 days after Incorporation of an Ontario named or numbered company. This simply provides the position held by each director. Required positions are President, Secretary and Treasurer.

Please Note

• If you wish to change the corporate structure (i.e. corporation name change or changing the share structure, you need to do a Corporation Amendment instead).

• If you wish to make changes to the following for your existing corporation including:
  • Corporate Address
  • Directors Address
  • Changes to the existing directors either adding/removing or changing position.

    Then you need to File a Notice of Change.
