Do the Articles of Incorporation Change?
The original Articles of Incorporation are never changed. Consider them as being carved in stone from their incorporation date.
Any change that occurs with the Articles of Incorporation would be shown in a secondary document which you can keep with your Articles of Incorporation to show a history of the changes.
How Long Does It Take to Process?
The processing time is usually the same business day with an email confirmation once the file has been updated.

- Choose if you would like to include an optional Profile Report with your order. This is an official document from Ontario that will show the updated information. Banks will sometimes require this document as proof that the changes were made.
Provide Corporate Details
- Provide corporate name
