However, to remain in <strong>&#8220;Active&#8221; status<\/strong>, every <strong>corporation<\/strong> must file an <strong>Annual Return<\/strong> with the Province. While this was previously handled by the CRA, it is now a separate, mandatory legal filing. The Annual Returns for this corporation have also been listed one for 2023 and another for 2024. Once you review the document list of your own company, you can see if you have filed any Annual Returns and which ones if any are missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you know that, you can file the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ontariobusinesscentral.ca\/forms\/ontario-annual-return.php\">Annual Returns<\/a> for any missing years. In this example, 2021, 2022, and 2025 need to be filed.
