Order a Corporate Supplies Package<\/a><\/p>\n The Corporate Supplies package includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n As stated in the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA), a Canada corporation must keep records and important documents properly maintained, and there may be penalties that are incurred for not attending to your Minute Book.<\/p>\n This can include everything from your Articles of Incorporation, shareholders agreement, minutes of meetings and any other important corporate information that should be kept on hand. Typically, these documents are held within a corporate Minute Book.<\/p>\n There may be instances when Revenue Canada, accountants or other authorities may need to take a look at your minute book, so you\u2019ll need to have it readily available in these cases.<\/p>\n With your corporate supplies package, you\u2019ll receive an unorganized Minute Book, along with a Brass Plate, tabs and inserts. You can take these supplies, along with the corporate documents you already have to a corporate lawyer to organize them for you.<\/p>\n You\u2019ll have your corporate name personalized on the brass plate on the spine of your book, along with a slipcase to keep it protected. Tabs and inserts let you easily keep documents organized for quick reference when they\u2019re needed.<\/p>\n Although it\u2019s no longer legally required for corporations to have a corporate seal, many still choose to use a seal to emboss their legal documents. There are also some banks and other institutions that still require agreements to be officially sealed with the corporate embosser.<\/p>\n With your corporate supplies package, you\u2019ll get the markmaker model of the corporate seal.<\/p>\n Shares are issued by the board of directors of a corporation and are the legal documents that specify the ownership for a corporation. Each share certificate states the number and class of shares that individual shareholders are entitled to.
