You must already have a business established in your home jurisdiction where you hold 10% or more of the voting rights of an existing corporation and if there are multiple applications, these applications must hold at least 50% or more of the voting rights.<\/p>\n

As a business owner, you agree to provide active and ongoing management of this business from within Canada. The business must be incorporated in Canada and the majority of the operation of the business must be within Canada. You are required to obtain a letter of support from a designated organization within Canada where you have gained approval for either investment or support for the start-up in Canada.
