Make Changes to your Ontario or Federal Named or Numbered Corporation

  Ontario or Federal Corporate Amendment
They are filed to change the corporation name (or to it's original numbered corporation), changing the corporate structure (ie. from one class of shares to Class B Common Shares) or to alter the minimum and maximum number of corporate directors.

 File Initial Notice
Mandatory within 60 days after Incorporation of an Ontario named or numbered company. This simply provides the position held by each director.

(x) Change corporate name provided from original Master Business Licence
