A Draft of the prepared Articles of Incorporation will be emailed to you for approval prior to submission to the provincial government. This will ensure that the Articles are displayed exactly to your specifications.

Upon completion of the Articles of Incorporation, Revenue Canada will automatically mail your corporate BN (Tax) number within 1-2 weeks. Once received, you can add H.S.T., Payroll Deductions easily and at no cost.

We will maintain a copy of your Articles of Incorporation for your personal retrieval in the event you lose your copy. This is only available to the individuals who have incorporate the company and not to any third party under any circumstance.

You want to add a business name under your numbered corporation. An example would be 1234567 Ontario Inc. carrying on business as ABC Holdings. This option does not provide a corporate named company but a business name under your numbered corporation.

A tradename is the name a business uses to identify itself. A trade name can be different from the legal name (incorporated name) of a business. Alternatively, if signage or promotion of the business name is required, it may be beneficial to register the same business name without the legal ending or full incorporated business name.
