A Professional Corporation is a legal business structure available to licensed professionals in Ontario, including doctors, dentists, chiropractors, lawyers, accountants, and more. These corporations must comply with specific rules set by their respective governing bodies.
Each year, you may be required to submit a corporate profile report to confirm that your Professional Corporation remains active and that there have been no unauthorized changes to its structure or management.
