How To Find My Ontario Corporate Number?

If you currently operate a corporation anywhere in Canada and are looking for the corporate number attached to that incorporation, we can assist you to find the corporate number easily and quickly.

The corporate number is listed on your Articles of Incorporation from when you originally incorporated the business.  If you incorporated a numbered corporation, the corporate number is the same number as your incorporation.

This is a sample from Ontario Incorporation documents. For corporations that are filed manually, the corporate number is located in the top right hand corner of the first page of Articles of Incorporation. For corporations that are filed electronically, the corporation number is located near the middle of the page, under the corporation name.

We can search a few different corporate data banks to obtain your corporate numbers.

You can fill in this easy form to provide the name of your corporation.  We will search and email you confirmation of the corporate number under search existing business.

The fee is $10.00 plus HST and is available on a same day basis Monday through Friday EST

If you would like a copy of your Articles of Incorporation, which will include the corporate number along with all pages related to your original incorporation, we can also obtain the documents for you.  The turnaround time varies depending on jurisdiction.

By ordering, you will receive a copy of your Articles of Incorporation whether the documents were filed manually or electronically.

Change Corporate Information

If you wish to change the name of your corporation, change to a numbered corporation or change the minimum and maximum number of directors, we can also assist you to complete this.
