Often the directors listing on a corporation are either more or less than the original listed parameters of the directors’ minimum and maximum directors listing. Simply stated, if you are looking to add or remove directors from the corporation, you may realize that the overall parameters of the directors listing don't allow for this change.
(currently you have 3 directors but want to add a fourth director)
Current Parameters: Minimum of 1 Maximum of 3 (don't have room for 4th director)
New Parameters: Minimum of 1 Maximum of 10 (allow flexibility to add/remove directors)
